Parcel Sending Service for local customers If you ever have the need to send parcels nationally, we can help! We have an account with Fedex and send lots of parcels through them on a daily basis. We enjoy preferential rates which you can experience too. The standard rate we charge is £9.95 including vat, which is for single parcels up to 20kg in weight. The item or items must be well wrapped and protected for transport (for a small charge we may be able to wrap your item for you). Delivery is normally 1-2 working days from when you drop the parcel off to us, weekend deliveries are available but cost substantially more. Deliveries are made weekdays between 8.30 and 17.30. If the recipient is not in, a calling card will be left with the local depots number on it so re-delivery can be made. The £9.95 service covers deliveries to Mainland UK, with the exception of the areas below which have a higher charge. How it works 1. Wrap up your parcel thoroughly, label it with the recipients address and bring it to us at: Office Needs, 3 The Studio, Harpers Hill, Nayland, Colchester, CO6 4NT Between the hours of 8.15 and 17.30, Monday to Friday
2. We will take payment of £9.95, and process your parcel into the Fedex network. We can then email you the tracking number so you can pass it on to the recipient or track it yourself. 3. Your parcel will be delivered, normally on 1-2 working days to the destination specified.
